FiberPasta Flour is made by tender wheat flour and 2% inulin (vegetable soluble fibre). It contains 15% fibre, that means more than twice the fibre than whole-wheat flour and has a Low Glycemic Index (G.I. 29). Even though it contains a very high amount of fibre, FiberPasta Flour has the samewhite colour as the traditional flour, due to the absence of bran lignin (this was possible thanks to its unique production process).
